Cully's Craft Bakery was founded in 1953 by Michael Cully.  When Michael died suddenly in 1969 his wife, Kathleen, took over the running of the bakery until she retired.  The business then passed on to Kathleen's nephew, Barney, who has been running the Bakery since her retirement. Having completed three years in The National Bakery School, Barney's son Brían is now involved in the bakery, the third generation of the family ensuring its high standards are maintained for years to come.
